Don't know if this has been mentioned (I Looked and didn't find anything). It looks like yet again we're forced to buy a foreign copy of the CD. According to their website, the European Nuclear Blast version will have three extra tracks.

Tracklist

Deathrider
Metal Thrashing Mad
Caught In A Mosh
A.I.R.
Among The Living
Keep It In The Family
Indians
Madhouse
Panic
I Am The Law
Belly Of The Beast
N.F.L.
Be All End All
Gung-Ho
Anthrax (digi bonus)
Lone Justice (digi bonus)
In My World (digi bonus)

Of course Charlie said in his blast beat that they ran out of room. WTF?!? I would rather have three extra tracks than a bunch of shitty video footage (if that is what took up the extra room.) Also, why aren't we informed about all the import track listings and such...this is the official site isn't it?

BTW, hmv.co.uk is taking pre-orders for GOTE 9.99 pounds.

Yup, the European release will consist of three CD versions: A normal one, with one disc and jewel case, the digipack with a bonus songle including those three songs, and a double Cd which is basically the same as the digipack but in jewel case.

We still don't know what bonus stuff is going to the Japan import or if they're gonna add something to the US version, and I suppose we ain't getting any info any soon, so I doubt I'll buy this on release date, since I still don't know which version I'm gonna go for ('cause I ain't getting two of them)... which is ridiculous considering that the release date is actually in 15 days and there is little to no info on this album... Only NB has something... Jeez, there isn't anything even on CDnow or Amazon... and worst of all, nothing on the band's website...

i know- it sucks. they are too busy posting photos of themselves with public enemy to want to promote their new record properly to us die-hard fans. how lame is that? come on guys- is it too much to ask to put the tracklisting/format info on your own website? how about some MP3 snippets perhaps?
this happened the same with WCFYA where no one knew what the foramt were and WHAT was on each different format!

this is taken from the 'english speaking' part of the nuclear blast website:

"Die limitierte Erstauflage im edlen Digipak kommt zudem inkl. den 3 Bonustracks "Anthrax", "Lone justice" und "In my world" auf einer Bonus-Single!"

so the digi-pak will have an extra CD with 3 bonus tracks on it.

so go buy the digi-pak from NB website, or wait until it trickles through to shop or online stores.

Charlie said to blame Sanctuary about those 3 tracks only appearing on a euro release of GOTE

The webmaster voted for Bush. And he puts up the info that he's told to put up.

CHARLIE said don't worry, the other songs will appear in some way or another.

The NB digi-pak has it all. Contractually all 3 labels get different configurations. That's just the way it is. We can't post an mp3 because VH1 has an exclusive for their site for a week leading up to the release. It will be posted on our site as soon as they send the info. Once again, we are working towards having a much more up to date site. It's all being timed for the next studio record. All this crap takes forever. Buying records was much more fun before the internet.

Cool, thanx for the info. I'm only asking because apparently here in France, for some weird reason, stores are gonna get the US version here first, as an import, and so it'll cost more money... but if the NB edition will have all there is to have, I'll wait for it... I'll rather wait for the double jewel case 'cause digi-packs suck donkey balls...

Anyways, could someone post, like, the different versions and the full tracklist for those different versions on the band's home page please? thx!

Help me I'm retarded. Is a digipack just the case the cd is shipped in or is it somthing ellse.
I'm still kind of Blah about no video footage of this recoding being released. Even if it sucks i'd still like to see it. If I recall there were some funny moments during the recording with the audiance. Perhaps an inhanced PC type of thing like the bonus medley on W.C.F.Y.A

I know it must be the label but anthrax is the only band, there ever is an issue which causes it hard to find out about a cd in advance.

Most of the band's cds I want have the info and even sometimes a pre order available about a month or so prior to the release.

As much as I look forward to hearing the cd, I will just wait patiently for the best deal to get the cd with the extra 3 tracks.

Charlie mentions that we get a surprise on the US version. Am I suppossed to be giddy as a school girl in anticipation?:Smug:

Just to elaborate on the above, what really pisses me off is when you collect "rarities" and everything, then a band goes and releases it all on one disc or in a box. I do understand making everything available, but there's just nothing special left anymore. Especially with the internet.

Nothing like searching thru stacks of vinyl. That's how I bought most of the Anthrax 12in singles I have from the 80s and early 90s.

Also, In the 90s so many bands came out with their greatest hits on CD and put a lot of the b-sides on them from the singles I bought on vinyl. :Spin:

back in the days you get 1 good lp a month, now they put out 100000000000000000 cd/s a week , it's so hard to follow. But I just love the internet, when you live in a little town like me with only crap cdstores the net is heaven!!!!!
