About a month ago I began working out again. I've also made some changes to my diet. After all the drugs I'm really into being healthy again and was curious if anyone else here does any working out or takes any sort of supplements and the like.

Anyone else?
 
I don't work out much, but I am really into eating healthy and using supplements. Everyone knows that you need a lot of grains, greens, and water, but I also take:
A multivitamin
Potassium
Fish Oil
Vitmin C with Zinc and Echinacea for immunity
B complex (a combo of all B vitamins)
St. John's Wort
