It needs a separate site altogether. The forum format just isn't organized enough unless you actually have a sub-forum just dedicated, absolutely full of sticky threads, with each one corresponding to every operator that wants a listing. But in that case, how do you prioritize who goes to the top, how does the search work? etc. etc. It needs a website all to itself to work.

Either that or someone can compile a PDF/text file that's constantly being updated.

An excel spreadsheet would be a good idea, although the entire thing relies on people being honest about stuff.....

Rig up a little website with an sql database. I expect there are online systems doing it for free though now!
