this game looks really good, just hoping they don't fuck it up and make it way to linear/scripted like this whole vid looks. also hope nonhuman enemies aren't retarded. i strongly prefer human enemies as shown here.

I had my doubts about this game, but it looks great and looks like it plays well. I like a lot of the little attention-to-detail touches, like physically removing ammo from another gun to scavenge it, placing a hand against a wall to brace yourself while running against it. Combat looks fast, unpredictable and tense, as it should be. The 'crafting' system looks neat too. I don't like the Ellen Page wannabe, I hope she has more story relevance than pure suturing. I also wish there were no HUD, but that's just my taste.

yeah, i was watching that on the E3 broadcast on G4 last night. amazing what that have coming out, including watch dogs.

funny you should mention her; she stars in one of the games that was unveiled last night. i think it's called "beyond" or something like that, which also looks sick

A game must be ABSOFUCKINGLUTELLY excellent if it only offers 3rd person view for me to buy and enjoy playing it.

This is why you just say fuck it and buy both systems I ended up with two ps3's and two 360's because of this. To keep myself happy and bands happy when they are at the studio. But this game is going to be the tits!
