It's a tough battle between several neoclassical/electronic songs:

Arcana - Love Eternal
Dargaard - Only the Blind Can See
Die Verbannten Kinder Evas - Catharsis
Encomiast - Without Fear of Wind or Vertigo
Ice Ages - Lost In Daze
Raison d'Être - The Hidden Hallows
Ulver - Comedown
Ulver - Eitttlane

On a serious note, I like nightwish's sleeping sun, and wintersun's beautiful death
also
ensiferum - mourning heart
vivaldi - 4 seasons
chris spheeris - dancing with the muse
pink floyd - high hopes

I nearly cry everytime I hear the theme from Mr. Rogers. Painfully beautiful song with an even harder hitting message.

I just heard The Goo Goo Dolls - Iris again today and while I'm not normally fond of pop rock, this song really gets it right.

For the last 2 day, I muste have listen 25 times to Daylight Dies's Dismantling Devotion, the piece of music, not the whole album, on their myspace. And I love it. It's for sure one of the most beautiful music I have listened to.

I'll purchase the album+tshirt next week.

Anything by Shawn Lane I think is incredible. (Because I am a guitarist.)

"Epilogue for Lisa" is my favorite, it is so sad sounding

(The recorded version is better than this version, but I can't find it)

Considering the background of Vai`s "Frank" (and the composition itself of course), i think that`s a beautiful piece.
