Raistlin has hit it on the head when it comes to the business aspect of the festival.
As for your sig, you are correct. However, I've watched both band videos and there is no comparison to the participation tbetween the two.
Heh. Raistlin. I do own that name, but not here. Do you secretly hang out at DiabloII.net or play on Battle.net? That name was taken when I got to these boards.
Anyway, I don't doubt you since you have the video evidence. However, Norra El Norra is still the most fun performance I've ever seen at a ProgPower. I wish I'd seen Bleed though.
Let's clarify...the documentary is what sold only 350 copies. I have no idea what the numbers are in terms of pre-sales for the new one.
I'm watching video from last year and there is amoment. The entire floor turns into one big pogo stick when "Mark of the Triangle" kicks in.
Awesome.
I have a Dalamar account on Battle.net too, but Raistlin was the coolest DL character. After all, he was the only one worthy to carry the staff of Magius.Easy to guess form your avatar, I'd think... he was always my favorite DL character, btw.I'm on battle.net occasionally, though.
Nora El Nora or Blood? Your post applies to both I'm sure, but I take it you ment the latter. It was fucking fantastic. The energy was unbelievable, and the reaction was kick-ass. One of the highlights of PP, without a doubt.

Zod..yes.
Longshot...now you know why I'm not doing anything more than serving as a consultant for the actual dvd production/distribution.
Mercenary doing Cowboys From Hell, the whole place went nuts.
Yikes, I figured just about everyone there would want a copy of that DVD, I'm kind of surprised at the low turnout (so far...)
Back to armchair promoting, I remain :zombie:

Mercenary doing Sieze the Night a few years back, the place went nuts.
I'm starting to detect a trend.

35% of the audience at a concert buying ANY one thing is staggering, especially something at that price point. I am willing to bet that (outside of PP t shirts) there has never been an item bought by as many people at one festival.
Fuck yeah dude... I actually thought Mercenary had the crowd going nuts more so than Evergrey did, but according to Glenn I am wrong. Maybe because of the fact that I saw Evergrey from the seats, and Mercenary from the middle of the floor, close to the stage. Everyone was going nuts during their set, and Cowboys from Hell was historic for obvious reasons.
I honestly hope (and believe) Mercenary will become close to what Evergrey is for ProgPower (or for Glenn for that matter). They deserve to be the most repeated return band ever.![]()
