The most energetic I have ever seen the PP crowd...

Well, it only goes to show If you build it they will come, and they will enjoy. Glenn you have managed to put on the greatest metal festival year after year. It shows that this is a labor of love for you. I for one am glad to be a part of this event, and I will be for as long as this festival continues.
Thank you my friedn for all the hard work.

a Pogo stick? That's such a fun comparison. Glenn, I'm drooling over finally getting this DVD. That part *will* be in it, right?

I am even more jealous now at the thought that Glenn and all the people working so hard to put it together get to see all this footage that we don't get to see...

With that being said however, I can't wait to get my hands on the DVD!

does this mean we are getting Mark of the Triangle for the dvd? Wasn't that the same song that was featured in the last dvd?

That was a homemade video and included as a bonus and never meant for distribution beyond this festival. If "Mark" is the best song from an audio & visual standpoint, then I have no problem including it as only 350 dvds were sold.

I'm still watching tape at the moment so I haven't decided.

I can't believe only 350 copies sold. Wow. Even more of a pleasure to own it then. I hope this worked out for you from a financial standpoint, glenn, so this will hopefully happen again in the future.

Yikes, I figured just about everyone there would want a copy of that DVD, I'm kind of surprised at the low turnout (so far...)

Back to armchair promoting, I remain :zombie:

I suspect the demand for this will double once it's released, and people start talking about the setlists on the boards. I ordered one at the fest, but not everyone had the income for something they wouldn't be getting for months.

P.S. - I think this whole thread is Glenn's way of rubbing it in that he has video footage and we don't :)

This board's enthusiasm and expectations are usually far higher than the general audience's. I hope the new one sells well, but I wouldn't expect anywhere near 1200 copies.

BTW: The crowd were pogo sticks during Nora El Nora, hence my sig.

Raistlin has hit it on the head when it comes to the business aspect of the festival.

As for your sig, you are correct. However, I've watched both band videos and there is no comparison to the participation tbetween the two.
