Forums are pretty much dead anyhow, sadly so.

I love it. Look how much better off we are now than let's say 100 years ago. It's all about so called progress

While I like the new look, @gnoff is right... The Amon Amarth forums have been dead for a while.

A lot of it is Faceblah. Bands started putting all their eggs on Facebook (like they did MySpace) and now they're starting to find out Facebook doesn't allow them to do what they need without paying to "boost posts". I don't mind doing a little chatting on there on band pages, but I hate it for conversations and keeping up with bands, etc - for me can't beat the forum for that.

I'm trying to build extra functionality into the forums so bands to get their butts back on here (and dudes like yourself!). Hopefully the new features help towards that.
