With Kamala Harris as VP I am officially 100% voting Trump this year. His garbage response to the riots and failure to direct the party where it needs to be made me iffy on whether I'd vote at all (the Libertard Party is full BLM this cycle so they're out) but Harris as VP to a president that could very easily die or resign in office makes it a no-brainer.

People shouldn't underestimate the importance of things like showerhead pressure to the GOP's boomer base. That's exactly the kind of thing people like my dad eat up, because it's 1) actual government intervention, and 2) far more tangible to a person's day-to-day quality of life than a means-tested directive to reduce Import-Export Bank loans on Stanistan's bluetonium refinery capabilities. I think Trump handled the virus narrative poorly (despite his actual response being about as good as possible), but his choosing not to wear a mask for many months was arguably a good move. Every person right-of-center and older than 50 that I know despises masks, and I think it's because they're all old enough to remember family roadtrips with Jimmy Carter's 55mph highway mandate. If Trump went a step further, reversing federally-coaxed funds which forced state seatbelt laws and car insurance, he'd win a landslide.
