The official movie thread

it was indeed really funny but the 1st time i seen it i thought it was sick as hell... ino i wldnt be too thrilled about the fat dude sittin on my face shoutin 'eat my asshole'

haha i cant believe how he could make it through the scene. the time when he brings the hooker to the dinner is also priceless. the man is a genious

Nope, Saw III actually had a very good plot. Best of the saws as far as I'm concerned.

Best movie I have seen recently so far is The Departed. Damn, it was just so cool and had an amazing cast of characters with fine performances.

The movie I have YET to see that I assume will become my favourite, is Apocalypto.
Nope to you sir saw 3 is total crap. Now The Departed on the other hand is utterly amazing! edge of yer seat kinda movie, and Scorsese best yet. Apocalypto like I said earlier is def top notch. My fav this yer so far is scanner darkly but I still need to see pan's laybrinth.

Well, Saw III is far, FAR from being my favourite movie lol, but all I can say is that I enjoyed it. And, I don't think I'll be wanting to see it again hehe.
And GLAD to hear Apocalypto is top-notch - I just seriously have to see this on the big-screen before it's too late (o_O actually, maybe it already is!)
And I missed out on a Scanner Darkly, unfortunately, in the theaters - it's from the guys that have created one of my all-time faves, Waking Life. So yeah, there's no way that movie can suck.

i watched the remake of black christmas and it was surprisingly good, humorous stuff included...then i wanted to watch the descent, again, actually i want to buy it, i really liked it the first time i watched it...i believe is one of those american remakes a japanese movie. Lastly i watched the wicker man, it was horrible...i wish i could get back those 2 1/2 hrs of my life :P

Black Christmas is a remake as well. The origional is way more graphic

I just saw children of men and it was one of the best movies i've ever seen. It really makes you appreciate huge things you take for granted such as life.

I saw Pan's Labyrinth too recently and I did like it as well though I expected it to be more like fantasy.. well, it was pretty much fantasy-like indeed but I thought the whole story was about the labyrinth but anyway it was a cool story, I really enjoyed the characters, their performances, the little girl Ofelia was just very nice, the environment of the movie, everything was very well done in my opinion. And about that freaky monster, well, it didn't freak me as I thought it would :p but it's a nice movie, you should watch it guys :)

Damn I want to see pan's labyrinth so bad but I live in a hick state and they don't even have it in the theaters. Same with the new david lynch movie inland empire. fuckin arizona!
