The official WORKOUT thread

What have you guys been eating?

I've been on Special K, grilled chicken, tuna,cottage cheese, protein bars,oatmeal, yogurt,fruits and vegs for the past 2 months!!!!

Throw me something different PLEASE!
 
I'm playing defensive tackle and when we go into a 5 front I play nose tackle. I'm able to use my right arm quite a bit now, my injury was like 3 weeks ago. It still gets sore though so I dont push it too much. Ive been doing crunches instead of down-ups during our conditioning, my abs hurt so bad. Ive probably done over 1000 crunches in the past 3 days.
 
Okay...I sweat profusely at the gym. Not just lately cause its 100 fucking degrees out in Chicago...but all the time. Ive never asked anyone about this and Im not so sure if it's even a problem. I drink tons of water while working out...
maybe I should switch to Gatorade instead or some other drink??
Thoughts anyone?
 
Fuck. By now, all of my lifts have gone down more than 10 pounds. Cutting has taken its toll this summer. About two more weeks of cutting left. I am really ripped right now, but I hate getting weaker. In terms of food, I don't know if I prefer bulking or cutting. When I'm bulking, it's sometimes hard for me to finish my big meals, and I have to force myself. I don't "take advantage" of bulking, either, like some people do by often incorporating junk into their diet. I just eat clean but eat more, getting most of my carbs postworkout, just like when I'm cutting.

- animal pak multivitamin
- some more protein (ON 100% whey)

hopefully get to 240 by spring

I hear SizeOn works fucking great.

REALLY expensive though. 70USD for 2lbs in my local Vitaman Shoppe :eek: I have found it online for like 30 or so though.
