i dunno wtf is up with the audioscrobbler thing, but it'll recognize tracks i play..but then once i close winamp and go back to the site, it'll say no recently played tracks...is it normal for them to disapper, are they stored somewhere i can't see?

they are stored in their database from which they calculate the stats...dont worry. i just takes ages.

i've come to realize that AS _IS_ accurate, it just takes a long time for it to update. at first you will get "Recently Played" and nothing else. then you'll get the charts, and last you'll get musical neighbors. after a while the charts will update enough times to reflect what you've really been playing most often and stuff.
basically in the beginning everything you play will be top 10 but that will change.

yeah that's happened to me too; it will show 10 recently played tracks. then later i'd check back and it shows nothing. maybe because nothing was played "recently"? i don't know. but it does work... just takes time

The key word there is "recently." If you look a while after you play a song, it won't list it any longer because it's not recent.

how come there are no charts generated for our group? it's been a while since it was created, and there are 15 members, which is > 10, which is the amt needed for charts.

mh, i wondered that too. it says that there are stats calculated for groups with more than 10 members. but it is adioscrobbler...that means it can take ages. i just dunno...
