Had some down time at work today and did a little fungus hunting on a well site. The mushrooms on the left are wood ear fungus. I couldn't identify the ones on the right and tossed them. My wife is sick so I made myself dinner tonight. Spicy shrimp, onion, broccoli, and wood ear fungus stir fry over a plain pack of ramen because I had no rice. Gotta say, I outdid myself here. It was fantastic.
