Les Pauls and Orange Amps only.

Bleh. I like Les Pauls and Orange amps, but not for metal. Gimme Mesa Boogie and a Randy Rhoads (NOT ALEXI LAIHO!) style guitar with EMG 81/85's. And thick top thin bottom strings, such as these.

Les Pauls are excellent guitars. I prefer Oranges and Fender Twin Reverbs as the best amps to play on for non-metal.I have yet to play a Sunn amp. I want to.

I own a PRS. Excellent guitars also but Les Pauls are so much better crafted and play better. I also love vintage reverb pedals.
