My first thought was Revelation before being able to see the picture since that host is blocked here at work. I still can't tell from the picture but I'm probably right.

Nah it's Manilla Road.

Revelation is awesome but I saw them play in front of 5 people with a 5$ entree fee, which has then turned into one of their last shows.
