Sick! My father works on drag cars, so I've been around plenty of those, but not old road cars before.

I do some sub-out fab work (welding) on a few of these cars at my buddy’s shop. Gent Restorations...he’s one of the few guys in America who can put these cars back to factory spec. The 952’s are early 2000’s but still worth $1.5-2 mil once the motors are in and tuned...here’s a vintage Lola class gullwing

This Mugen powered Formula 1 on skinny rollers is my buddy’s personal car...it’s next to impossible to see one of these outside the Honda factory with a real Mugen motor

There’s a definite lack of public lavatories in Europe. My European friends that come here are blown away that there’s a fucking toilet right there at the park and you don’t have to pay for it or anything.

In Kiev on major streets the public lavatories are configured as 2 connected together as 1 structure and in the middle there’s a tiny cramped booth with an ancient old lady in it whom you pay and she unlocks the doors, so she’s stuck between 2 toilets all day smelling piss and shit, depressing shit man

They put “loo’s” (public toilet rooms) in downtown Portland...the junkies made houses out of them so the city took them back out again -now they’re back to pooping in the bushes...costs our city millions a year

can't speak for mediterranean countries but the lack of ac here has nothing to do with ww2 and everything to do with the generally cool climate, we just rarely have need for it. there are free public toilets most places too including one at the park in my town, although more have started to charge fees lately at train stations and places like that.

shitty public toilets have been a problem in some european countries i've been to though i suppose, the ones in the scandinavian wilderness where it's just a shack with hole over a big pile of shit, those are pretty dank.
