I have to control myself because sometimes I'm like ok let's use a bit more of these ghost pepper flakes and then I regret it when my asshole's on fire. I try to always use a pinch or couple drops of the hottest sauces so it just borderline hurts in the mouth but then doesn't destroy my asshole.

There's like a kung-fu balance to learn here.

O saw a vid once about someone making stew. They had this big ass casserole, maby 40 liters. And had this hot sauce from the debts of hell. They used two drops on all that stew. If three it would be too much. So yes i believe you, there is a big chance for ass burn while learning to use it.
