I agree with everyone else, the last logo is the best one of all.

Please excuse the MS Paint shittiness. The intent should be apparent. Basically I recommend having more symmetry in the logo, and fleshing out some of the letters.

I like the third in that post, Nec. That last looks a tad too busy. But it works, still, and is very thrash, like the others said. Good works.

edit: you could also flip the second "I" along the 'Y axis' to create symmetry across the "IMI"

Here's a logo I made for J-P's band...I essentially ripped off the tail end of the Eliminator logo and inverted it.
