Buchanan's bumbling was pathetic. Most historians consider FDR a great president because they consider his actions in handling the US through that turbulent time as good. I do not.

or the fact that he pushed the Japanese into attacking and then let it happen to drag us into WWII. The men who died on the Arizona and Oklahoma just to allow tens of thousands more to get chewed up in Europe and the Pacific have FDR to thank.

Whether the Japanese were intentionally or "accidently" provoked is debatable. That certain people knew it was coming is not.

Uh, there was a memo that basically said a terrorist attack was going to occur on 9/11 and one of the possible targets was the twin towers.

The above memo really doesn't say anything specific about 9/11. I believe Bush knew about it, but I personally don't know of anything but circumstancial evidence.
