The right firewire card

hey guys,
I'm in the process of building a new studio pc and I would like to have a recommendation for a PCIe firewire card with Texas Instruments chipset for my Fireface.
Which one do you use?
Or should I use the onboard firewire port of the Asus P8Z77-V ?

I remember reading that is better to use a pci firewire card than an integrated motherboard firewire port..
something about bottleneck information bandwith... (or something like that)
im using a Texas instruments firewire pci card and im very happy with it
and it was pretty cheap 15-20 €

I went to Staples and overpaid for whatever Belkin card they had in stock. Has worked great for years.
