The System is Failing?

On Nevermore's site, they have a poll to decide the favorite songs for their European headlining tour. You can vote for one song on each album. For the first album (Nevermore), the last song listed is "The System is Failing". I don't have that on my disc and don't see it listed on the track listing on Amazon.com or anywhere else I've looked.

Does anybody know where this song came from or (more importantly) how I can get it?

was on the japanese release. you can download it, or you can find a cd with it on there, but good luck

it's like what's on the demo disc, but much better sound....I have the demo disc, and the song on 2 official releases as well.
