pre-gym food - "trendy salad" aka field greens salad with dried cranberries, walnuts, bleu cheese and raspberry vinegarette dressing. delicious.

Man that's half of what I usually eat. I have to nom everything and lift everyday or else I'll get skinny again. I've gained 25 pounds since this time last year. Not all fat thankfully.

lunch - chicken salad sandwich and peanut butter and chocolate chip granola bar
part of a cookies n' cream hershey bar that one of the chicks i work with couldn't finish
dinner - some crispy hot wing-things with peppercorn ranch dressing

It's 10 am, I just got back from my final in Art History III and all I had for breakfast was a small ass bowl of cereal
because I wasn't hungry at 7am... (but like to eat before a test)
so now I'm hungry, but it's only 10am...

I need a snack and to think what am I going to do for lunch.

I have 3 tai restaurants close by, italian, a sushi place, whole foods, a burrito place, a pizza joint, surf and turf... what shall I do?!?!

Man, I made Spaghetti for the first time last night, with meaty balls!
all from scratch... cept for the noodles. I bought those at the store, I however still had to cook them.

Lemme tell you what. It was Damn tasty!

I actually had the same thing for dinner, plus some left overs for breakfast

Yep, it was delicious
The sauce for the meatballs was kind of tangy and a little sweet. It worked surprisingly well with the pasta, since I'm used to having it with rice

Mine was just a standard tomato sauce with Italian herbs. I had Olives, Lean Hamburger, Garlic, Onions, Tomato sauce and Chopped up tomatoes. A pinch of salt, and a ton of black pepper.

For the meat balls I used a spicy sausage that was made by a local Butcher. I added Garlic, an egg, and some these Garlicy herby breadcrumbs. Then I baked them, then threw them in the sauce and let it cook for a few hours.
Its was pretty tasty.
