so like... I bought this deep frier at Home Depot, and I deep fried a turkey and a duck (A DUCK!!! YOU HEARD ME!!) for the superbowl, and it was... wow!!!!
Never had a deep fried bird before, and I'm so happy I got this huge pot.

hey it's really awesome!!! My parents used to have something similar, but smaller: so you'd have to put cut chunks of the bird inside, and so I really missed that flavour, and I saw it at HomeDepot and decided to get it...
I've never had a "whole bird" deep fried, and let me tell you... it's awesome!!!!

it's becoming more & more popular though, i've seen it done on fancy cooking shows, so yeah, it's chic now. i am proud of you!

Only because I read about it and read that actually deep fried bird is not oily and the oil only touched the skin while the meat stays moist and oil-free
