I don't know, I go by what some Chinese people I know told me...
and I really hate Chinese food (but mind you... tai, Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean are my favorite cuisines..)

BTW Cara: Seriously now... I've actually heard Mexican food as we know it (and love it - i.e. burritos, chimichanga, etc) is actually considered "American Mexican" food that had started by
immigrants that came here... - in Mexico- people don't really eat "burritos" ... I don't know if it's true or not.. . to be honest with you:
I don't care... I love the American- mexican food too much
