If the chefs are fresh off the boat from China preparing regional cuisine AND Chuck Norris gives it a 10/10 and it's repeatedly rated 4 stars, I'd say that's fair grounds for 10/10 Chinese food in America HUH?

Well, probably 4/10 + 6 for Chuck Norris.

It's like all those Italian restaurants here that are run by real Italians, but seriously: most of the italian food you eat here is NOT really real Italian food...
Chinese food in America is NASTY and GREASY.
Now, I have never been to China, but I was told by many people that the food there is VERY different...

It is entirely possible to get authentic style Chinese food here. Moreso where there are a lot of authentic Chinese people. Remember that China is a huge country that absorbed a lot of cultures in its history. Each region has its own style of cooking, and some of them can be quite greasy and meaty with thick sauces like we do here.
