oh and i just ate a bowl of peas, following my protein shake. i want cookies but i'll wait til my weekend splurge :(

cara: I've been meaning to ask: why all this protein?
are you working out for any goal in mine? (because as your main deflowerer, I would like to point out that you're already perfect)

just to maintain my strength - it's good for repairing muscles after working out. my protein shake only has 20 grams in it, and that's soy protein. good for staying strong + the supposed heart benefits of soy. to actually get mannish i'd have to be consuming much more protein, much more frequently throughout the day.

plus...some studies say that soy actually helps ease severe menstrual bleeding & cramps, and i think it's working for me :)

lunch currently being eaten: honey peanut butter on a whole grain bagel, a banana, and a raspberry yogurt.

dinner: scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 waffles, and 3 strips of turkey bacon

dessert: post-workout protein shake & a bowl of peas, to make up for no dinner veggies

snack currently being eaten: a cherry yogurt and an orange
