The Unstoppable LUNCH Thread!

just to maintain my strength - it's good for repairing muscles after working out. my protein shake only has 20 grams in it, and that's soy protein. good for staying strong + the supposed heart benefits of soy. to actually get mannish i'd have to be consuming much more protein, much more frequently throughout the day.

plus...some studies say that soy actually helps ease severe menstrual bleeding & cramps, and i think it's working for me :)

oh and :oops:



ahhhhh now it all makes sense. Yeah soy protien is excellent. Especially for women, because it's also high in calcium. 20 grams is not much, and since it's soy, the health benefits are great.
good Cawa, I shall continue to deflower you then. :cool:
 
lunch: turkey & cheese sandwich on whole grain bagel, a banana, and a strawberry yogurt
snack: oats & honey granola bar and an orange
dinner: arby melt, baked beans, and peas
dessert: chocolate protein shake (john...yes ;))
another snack before bed: tba

I'm going to put some meat balls in the oven. Not sure how I'm going to spice them yet.
I'll probably have it with a salad, some brown rice or buckwheat, and some bread
 
I made my first real meal for the first time in over a week, as well as drinking my first beer for the first time in over a week. So:
