Meatloaf sandwiches made up of just bread,butter, cold meatloaf are omg so good.

But ever since I took that food safety course I am afraid of eating cold meat :ill:
 
:cry: Much sorrow this day for wasted cheesecake. The kid has formal training and I still outclass him every time. He just SUCKS.
 
I've eaten more than a weekly food supply for two baby elephants in the span of 3 days.
 
Oh I'm well aware of that. I just felt that a day of no eating would be interesting, see if I could do it.

that is a shitty idea, because if you do that often enough your body will change its metabolism to be more eficient, thus you will burn less calories by normal activities=>you get fat.

For any of you who wants to lose wait, diets are NOT the way to go, you go to work out. Increasing muscle mass and density will make your metabolism burn more calories through normal activities, and you will burn a shit load of calories in the process. When you lift weights, your muscles get fragmented in certain spots, and in order for muscles to grow the system rebuilds the muscles bigger. This process burns a lot of calories too, probably just as many as the effort of lifting weights does. Combining pumping iron with cardio running will make you lose fat incredibly fast, yet you will gain weight (muscle mass is so much heavier and denser than fat). The advantages of lifting weights are many more than just burning fat, you get stronger, more confident (through hormonal changes), and it will increase your posture. I have been lifting for 3 months now:kickass:
 
ok ...hmm im underweight, got something for that 2?
i eat normally, i do sports on a healthy basis...well i cycle about 30km everyday and go to the gym 3-4times a week now

i dont know what wrong with me but i need to weigh about 10 kilo's more
