You should have got it. Being in shape is all about exercise, providing you don't over eat, and you it's obvious when people do, then it hardly matters if you have dessert with dinner.

last night i added some caramel Bailey's to my coffee. mmm.

when i got home from work, i had some of this chicken/corn/venison chili stuff my mom fixed (good but needs more spiciness) ... i might fix some more of that gorganzola/walnut salad stuff ... see if the healthiness does anything for my brain chemistry :lol:
 
I made some more corn tortillas today, then another quesadilla with avocado, salsa, and this time I picked up some "queso quesadilla"

I figured, with a name like that, it has to be THE quesadilla cheese, eh? Yeah it was, how the kids say, "OM NOM NOM" ...... TO THE EXTREME
