I had a dream last night that I was in a car (Sopranos style) with Gene on my right and Steve on my left. And I'm talking to Steve and I tell him..you know who's an awesome bass player too? Greg. You two should do an album together of awesome thrashy bass!
He's gets kind of happy and says yeah! that would be cool! And then says, well maybe I shouldn't. Presumably because of the whole Testament thing. So I say well how about just one awesome song?! And he seemed down with that. Gene was pretty stoic and didn't really say much.
But they were both laughy and smiles. Later, I run into Chuck. And I'm bullshitting with him and I tell him that the bass needs to be turned up on the albums like the old days. He says, well it's pretty loud. And I tell him. No. I want to hear every note.
I'm not sure how that ended.

You remember more of your dreams than I do. I've had some absolute mental asylum dreams lately but all I can remember of them 10 minutes after I wake up is that they were silly, not a single detail.

The article is pre-covid but published recently and it's a pretty in depth article. Better than anything Blabber and the like offer up. In fact I saw this linked from Metal Injection and the only parts they quoted was the drugs bit and the Bruce bit.
Speaking of being affected by drugs the cover song by Jnr is out, but until I get the amount of drugs that he was on to do such crap I'm not listening to it.

They are a bit of fun and silliness. They come off as a bunch of guys that really don't take themselves too seriously. I don't think they'll break the world but they seem to have fun.
