FARKING HELL!!
It just took me 35 minutes to log onto a site to change my details. It's a site for toll roads (which I rarely use so the account is always zero) but they emailed me to tell me some information was out of date so being the diligent person I am I went to fix the problem. Since I last logged on about 12 months ago they've change from login codes to user names so because I didn't have a user name I had to set one up, but it wouldn't accept my previous login, so I tried "reset" password and the page they provide has no user input section just a rest button which tells you to input your email address in a box that's not there. There is no email link for help only a phone number, but luckily there was also no lock out after three tries, so I just kept trying different passwords and user names till it asked if I wanted my details reset

Yeah its a joke and the weird thing is some of the worst offenders are sites that have so little useful information that its like using a bank safe to secure your favourite pencil.
