Nah it's Francis and Moyses Howard from Lousiana.
They were once know as Incubus but changed their name in the late 90's because it was easier than battling that band of dumbfucks that were charting with the name Incubus. They've released 3 albums as Opprobrium if I remember correctly and the two early Incubus albums have also been released under the new name.

Dammit, I'm in the middle of signing papers and organising the new school year shit for our eldest who starts high school this year. Between signing up for vaccinations and signing up for the books and other school stuff and signing up for the school communication system my brain is melting. I've been making websites on and off for 25 years yet these sites are fucking killing me. It's easy enough to sign up but once into the system nothing is correct, the layouts kind of work but none of the added information is in the right place, and any payments we are supposed to make are blank. I don't mind blank payment options usually but apparently we have to pay some of these things before she actually starts school, I'm not sure I'm going to get away with "I paid nothing just like the website said!"

I can't imagine Lombardo in Megadeth and not because of the drugs like he pointed out. I just don't think he'd fit. Although I did laugh at one of the commentors who claimed he couldn't play slow enough for Megadeth.
