I was just looking at Hatriot on Wiki and they are listing a 2021 release called Vale Of Shadows. I follow Hatriot on FB and don;t remember them talking about a new album this year? Anyone else heard nothing?

Kiko must be shitting his pants. Way way before any of this happened Mustaine was already making snide comments about his guitar player moving so far away and it slowing things down. Which I'm sure it wasn't lol. Dave should have just changed the name from Megadeth to Mustaine. When I get those emails about merch all I can think is that Dave is getting just about every penny. No one else. Especially when most of the shirts he sells is cover art not group photos. Or just the band name.I can't wait for Dirk and Kiko to start using that excuse

Yeah wouldn't you love to know just how the contracts are written and what Kiko and Dirk are entitled too. Mustaine has always been happy to shit on anyone in the media so it's hard to assume he wouldn't do the same when it came to contract writing. I would imagine the contracts could be well paying for most players (not ex_Megadeth Marty though), but the merch money is all MegaDaveDollars. Maybe that should be the new band name MegaDaveDollars.

I must admit I haven't paid a lot of attention to their FB posts, most are just boring things...oh and that clip Cody did with the guy from Venom which wasn't that great, but I don't even remember the mention of new music, or even recording.

The guy from Angra does seem possible, it would have been an easy sign on from Mustaine's perspective and with the time frame it happened he needed easy not negotiations. Also Angra aren't recording as far as I know, not sure if he's a plucker or picker though.
