Stumbled across this band recently,I like this instrumental but haven’t really listened to the rest of the album yet hope the vocals don’t suck!

This came out in 1999/2000 and I consider it easily one of the very best thrash albums of the last 20 years.
Unfortunately the drummer died of cancer very young and they disbanded. Very sad.

I saw that (probably in the same place) this week and gave it a quick listen. It's ok but nothing ground breaking. To me it would be one of those albums I put on when I just want to hear the music but will probably nod off before the 4th song.

Another metal Drummer is on the cancer list today too. I don't listen to them much (if at all) but Nasty Savage's drummer Curtis has cancer and Exodus are doing their thing and passing on all the good will like people did for Tom.

Nasty Savage were an 80's thrash band who inspired the Florida scene and bands like Obituary and Death. I know them more for their outrageous stage antics than their music, things like the lead signer smashing tvs over his head. I don't think I know any of their later stuff but I presume those early 80's years they might have shared a stage or two with Exodus

TBH I couldn't read the article, I was so saddened by the headline. Actually that's not true. I read the headline on Metal Injection where it says he claimed "faecal attack" and laughed so loud my wife asked me what was so funny!
I did laugh at DW's comments on the Mustaine article though.
