They taped footage for the Gigantour DVD in Montreal but they also taped some other Canadian date so Anthrax could appear on the DVD. On another note, the main camera broke down during the Dream Theater set in Montreal so their footage might be a bit lame...... They fixed it in time for Megadeth though.

I don't think it was an entire crowd. Allegedly it was all set up by Sharon Osbourne and involved a small number of people, but I doubt that will ever be proved conclusively. It certainly is hugely disappointing that people would sink to that level though
