Anyway, don't blah about s/h prices, just use these 3 mailorders:

NO s/h in the USA, and most of their stuff sells for between $10-$15. It's often FAR cheaper than going to the store. I can say that all 3 fulfill and get your discs to you in less than 5 days time (normally) as well.
