Agreed, and it's a good point, but since the internet encompasses 90% of the time one spends reading about and discussing this stuff, you can see where it can be frustrating for someone with a minority viewpoint.

I completly agree with this and that's why I ignored some threads. Sometimes, the louder you are, the more chances you have to win, even if your arguments don't hold any value. It's especially true on the internet. IRL, you usually hang out with people having similar ideas to yours, so it never really becomes a problem, and it doesn't go extreme like here.
