Thrash Bands

Pantera and Slayer at the top. Slayer has the edge because they came around earlier and were way more innovative(and made better music IMO) No other bands even deserve to be on the list with them.
Without putting too much thought into it, and in no real order i'd say...

What would Nathan do?
Do you even know what thrash is? You got a few right, but Carcass was never considered thrash. Neither was Arch Enemy, Death, Celtic Frost, or Judas Priest. While these bands, at times, have some thrash sounds in their music. They would not qualify for "one of the greatest thrash bands". That's just my opinion.

Because it's "of ALL time" Jeff. I love 'em too, but they've only got 2 albums...I don't know, I always have trouble considering "new" bands as "the best" or frontrunners within a genre. I'd also consider Susperia one of the best thrash acts out there right now too, but I didn't include them in my list either.
