Please, could you suggest me any ballads like Testament's The legacy and return to serenity, Suicidal Tendencies' You can't bring me down(this isn't exactly a ballad though), etc ?????????

Overkill's "The Years of Decay" is an absolutely awesome one; the whole album (of the same name) is badass. You probably know about Testament's "Trail of Tears," but in case you don't have Low, check it out as soon as possible.
