Thrash!

Yeah, though in the long run he's turned into a bit of a douche.

He just signed to Suffering Jesus (a small Canadian label), the EP will be out whenever the label can release it.

I still say the logo I made is better. :loco:

It's not.

ok... i'll indulge you.
the artwork is of course quite nice, as all repka art is. i get the 'message' of the work. however it is presented in such an over-the-top matter that it comes off as humerous or corny. nothing wrong with that, i acknowledge that most metal has some degree of cheese to it yet i still enjoy it.

Well a single laughing emoticon coming from you can convey meanings other than that which you intended tbh.

Also I still say the logo I did for the band was (or could have been) better:

I look forward to Breaking the Wheel. Eliminator sound better than most of the other California thrash bands. No offense Dodens, but I prefer the logo that was chosen, I think it looks bad ass. Your one kinda reminds me of Fueled By Fire:puke:

My logo is obviously better (or could have been made better by somebody with photoshop. It was made before Fueled By Fire was even heard of, btw. Also, "other" California thrash bands doesn't make sense because Eliminator is from NJ.

What is Eliminator's myspace (if they have one)

My bad, didn't mean to offend you with my grave insult. Eliminator is better than the California thrash bands. And no your logo is not obviously better, because I just disagreed with you, as did everyone who chose the logo.

As far as new thrash bands go I still dig Gama Bomb from Ireland the most.

Oh yeah, keep in mind that I'm not serious. You don't have to worry about me getting butthurt over stupid shit. I just like being an asshole.

And yeah, Samus is the drummer, though it's not his primary band. I think he'll be doing live shows, but he's in another band. I don't remember the name, but it really sucks. Actually Roadrunner signed them recently, but they got dropped after two weeks. After that happened, Eiman (Warchild) asked Samus if he wanted to do Eliminator as his main thing, but he said no.

And yeah, he's a great drummer...though he does like some pretty shit stuff, as reflected in his main project.

I assume you're talking about Mutiny. Yeah, I don't think he's ever been in a good band before. Most of his projects have been modern proggy trash.

I really like Hirax.

I'm seeing them this year on the Tidal Wave 11 festival in San Francisco. its a fucking sweet lineup this year including Detente, Hirax, Attitude Adjustment, Exodus and many others. I saw Hirax the first time at the Thrash Against Cancer show at The Pound and it was fucking awesome, Katon climbed up on top of the outside stage and did extreme crazy eyes, it was insane!

Katon is possibly the best frontman ever, or at least tied with Harry Conklin (Jag Panzer). He really knows how to get the crowd going.
