Thrash!

Listening to Twisted Into Form this morning, and I am leaning towards dissenting in my opinion. My impression right now is that it's a little too consistent to overcome some of the radness that is Forbidden Evil.

Because...

I'm near the edge, I'm on the edge, I'm off the edge...JUMP!

...which is in fact one of the sillier moments. But I prefer the stupid grin I get from some of the killer moments and songs off Forbidden Evil, and the awkward and silly moments are a small price to pay.

This is just the beginning of my opinion. It could change.

I find the album to be average as far as thrash goes. Nothing really jumps out at me on Forbidden Evil

That's funny. I like the Forbidden Evil album better, but I really like how One Foot in Hell closes out the album Twisted Into Form!

ehh ive had the album in my hands for a few days now and its been out in europe for 2 weeks, i guess that isnt enough time but anyway the album is one of the best to come out this year. their first album is also being reissued this year from ihate.

Someone heard about Deathhammer?? They're from Norway and Fenriz likes them. That's old school thrash metal with black influences. Their logo appears on the leather jacket of the character on darkthrone's F.O.A.D album.
