those are pretty looking for sure, would almost be worth it just to have the wildhoney art in a bigger format

I have A Deeper Kind of Slumber on black vinyl with the other cover (that's kind of ugly). I think I'll sell it once I get these in. That red in white vinyl looks nice.

the alternate cover is kind of terrible, my vinyl copy has the same cover as the cd though. probably a europe/us press thing.

Yes, the U.S. got the ugly cover. I tracked down the above/Euro cover on a sweet digipak version awhile back and now I ordered this to have the nice cover on vinyl + nifty color vinyl.

This is what my version of Wildhoney looks like. I call it two-ruined-covers-for-the-price-of-one.

Thankfully the original artwork is included in the liner notes, so you can fold it all stupid to make it look almost right (and potentially get cut by the staples).

I have that one too. That's a good idea. I hate when re-issues fiddle with the original cover art (though I guess if they are adding an EP or something it's hard to avoid).

hmmm. i tried a few times to like Tiamat. only one I could stomach was Wildhoney and Clouds to an extent. cool stuff, just not for me
