Anyone have any problems intonating a TOM equipped guitar in lower tunings ? I'm thinking of picking up a hellraiser on the cheap but I tune my current 6 string to B standard which has a locked Floyd .

None at all; the problems you'll have won't be with the bridge but with the guitar, or more specifically how it was installed on the guitar.

If someone installs it improperly (ie too far back or forward) then it's very possible it wouldn't have the intonation range you're looking for.

In that case I'm suggesting to use different gauge strings - thicker strings in my experience need further intonation saddle and thinner need closer saddle.
But in general I like TOM bridges the most, because string tension feels more sturdier and floyd bridges make strings feel flubby.
Flat mount bridges for me feels neutral and have descent intonation range.

in my opinion there are way less problems with TOM bridges for low tunings than with any kind of vibrato

you can get a wider replacement bridge, e.g. my new tonepros is quite a bit wider than the original so there is more saddle movement
use a string set with a wound 3rd
