Am trying these IRs out now and they're sounding pretty good.

This really wouldn't be a hard thing to do yourself, all you need is Curve Eq.

Load up an amp sim and impulse, adjust the amp settings to something fairly close to the tone, then match the rest of it with a curve eq response of the original guitar tone. Then, once curve eq has matched the tone of the original to your amp sim, load the impulse you used onto a separate track, load curve eq on the new track with the matched eq specturm you just made. Export the the impulse response as a wav, and tada, you have a new impulse with a pre-eq'd curve.

its basically like equing the preamp out of an amp. diezel has record outs, they are based on the same principle.
this will only sound ok for a single type of sound. for example might sound ok with palm mutes but lifeless
when playing full chords. compared to a great guitar sound it sounds like ass, but might work in context now and then.
not very musical though, as its a super static type of sound.
