Has it been 28days actually and were you paid by paypal? Cause i know when i had the problem of them holding cash from my monitors i sold, they held it for 28 days incase there was a claim, and after 28days, i got the cash as that is their length of time for disputes to be filed.

And for an update: I decided not to call her, cuz she can suck it, so I sent her the following:Sorry, not gonna happen. I did not send a bogus amp [she had accused me of this]; as I said, it was fully functional when I sent it, and this is one of the risks of buying a tube amp used. I made no guarantees on my auction listing, and you should have checked the amp before leaving feedback. If you want to file a claim, then all I can say is good luck, cuz I wouldn't expect it to get far.
So far no response, and I doubt I'll get one
