Well, as I mentioned earlier, I wasn't stalking the place, but I certainly couldn't have been that hard to find. I was standing with Evergrey for a good portion of the night; Demonspell saw me. I don't know what else to tell you. I didn't vote in this either, though it's fairly obvious who I would have voted for.

I literally just got home. I met up with Henrik, Mikael & Thomas, and then Rikard came to join us; strangely enough, they were very happy to see me - I guess it's kind of nice to be remembered by bands you care about - and we went out on the town in NYC. I'm seriously going to hate life in about 3 1/2 hours. If Mike can get me on the guest list tomorrow, er, tonight, I'm leaving work early and driving down to Philly.

I have been with Evergrey in spirit tonight, however. I've been listening to "Inner Circle" all night... and I just finished "Recreation Day" and just popped "In Search of Truth" into the player.

One of the weirdest things that ever happened to me... when I met Rikard at BWBK last year... he actually guessed who I was from UM... without ever meeting me or talking to me! It was very strange. Nice guy, though!

I met and got autographs from Tom, Henrik, and Jonas, all of whom were extremely friendly. Evergrey made the most of their short set, and the two songs from the new album sounded awesome, though they left out the intro on A Touch Of Blessing.
