TV question

Wait, you're mad b/c it only lasted 8 years? That seems like a reasonable lifespan to me.

Do you remember those massive old wood housed TV's from the 70's? I still see them kicking around with the original cathode tube working great.

But I think it comes down to build/component quality and like any other tube, they crap out eventually.

That's going a little too far. I play games on my PS3 on my plasma without any issues.... Generally, treat it like a CRT tv and you'll do fine.

If you're into movies (I am a film buff)... plasma really kicks ass!
