We're still deciding,
no worries, I plan on being a PP fangirl for life now! There's always time for future travels for all of us. European vacation, South American vacation, US Roadtrips, trains planes and automobiles it would be cool to meet everyone!:hotjump:

I understand and I'm sorry since the coming of you both was the catalyzer that moved me to do it too.
.

That's exactly why we feel so bad , we won't have much chances to meet you ever again... We know we encouraged you to come...We maybe jumped a bit to early on the wagon , not thinkig about the actual costs... Damn, I wanna be rich... If I ever win a lottery a UMOS gathering is on top of the list. (after a Viper to be honoust ;-)

Pabla, looks like you'll be on your own when Epica plays.........you know that band isn't my style.
None of the bands have me really excited, so far...except maybe Wastefall. That just means more time to sit in the bar downstairs and drink some Bass Ale.:headbang: I'm sure by the time the line up is fully announced, there will be bands that get me going. Even if not, it is still fun to socialize and meet new people.

Actually, I don't own anything by any of these bands yet. I like what I've heard from them so far, which is par for the coarse with this show. I'm usaually only a fan of a few bands going in and end up being a fan of most of them by the end the weekend! That's one of the things I love about it.

Epica? Oh my... not them again... One of the most overhyped bands in Western Europe at the moment, man I'm almost sick of seeing their name mentionned everywhere :loco:

I still don't know why all the fuzz about this band over here really. I mean, nothing against them, they're not bad at what they do, but I can't find anything special in their music, just typical Beauty-and-Beast-soprano-goth-metal already done 32574 times the last 10 years IMO.
Pabla mentionned Leaves Eyes, actually I think they're much better and less caricatural than Epica because of diversified arrangements and very little growling, but that's just my lousy opinion :D

One thing's for sure : having a hot readhead chick fronting your band does help promotion :tickled: :Smug:

a) nobody twist my arm to go. I thought that since you both were about to do the effort I should do it too.
b) I'm going because again I have backup so many times from things in life I'm not going to inscribe another failure in stone
c) Like Kitty said we will meet someday, maybe it won't be this PP, maybe it won't be in USA, but someday we will have a pic altogether ;)
d) even with the lotto can you afford the gas consumption of a Viper? o_O

You think I'll miss the opportunity to know you?

If we could have reached we WOULD have twisted your arm :)

Same story here...want my list of missed opportunities ??

I've been talking with JD a while ago about a UMOS retiring home on Hawaii or so..

My current oldtimer (63 Dodge 880 , 20 footer)takes half more than a Viper, so I'm familiar with the gas-thing. Bought a good HP printer last week that was cheaper than filling the Dodge tank 1 time :ill:

sounds like a good investment to me. could you imagine this retirement development. Like J-Dubya said "Iron Maiden stickers on my walker", you'd of course have a few auditoriums for shows and by this time we shall all need seats in the pit, A theater for those old, old, old school DVD's, absolutely NO BARBERSHOP and a 24 hr. liquor store. :tickled: :tickled:

That's about the same environment as JD and me were planning .....

Mine is longer...no it's not a pissing contest

Hawaii sounds nice since I'm already accustomed to tropical weather. I wonder how long takes a haul to arrive to Honolulu from the mainland :D

P.S. Can I wear a leather lei?

Freak Kitchen just announced. J-Dub will be a very, very happy man.

I am happy, soiled, & boiled!
God knows I've been on the FK for PP campaign for a very long time....
Persistance pays off! :headbang: I've been e-mailing IA on/off for the last 5 years or so about various subjects, and every year, once the lineups are announced, it's always been "...don't worry, I'm not giving up the fight".
Glad it paid off, and I really think they will go over well with the PP crowd.....
Glenn rules, this could be the fest that tops PP III for me....

I heard that song "Speak when spoken to" somewhere. I can't recall where-in a movie? I didn't know that was Freak Kitchen.
