I think He's talking about that silver space age looking thing next to the candle and cup of pens. What the heck is that?
the silver thing is a Contour Logic ShuttlePro.. it has a concentric jog/shuttle wheel, full transport controls plus Undo, copy, paste, nudge left , nudge right, and zoom in/out vertical an zoom in/out horizontal. as you can see in this next pic, i have one on the main statioin as well, but it's the black colored ShuttlePro2.. has two extra buttons i've assigned to Snip and Splice, recpectively.

Very nice James.. Thanks for the pics.

As for your auralex foam and those bass traps on the walls, what was the method behind the placement, and how did you arrive at putting the material in those specific locations?

Totally agree. Although Revenger was a return to form but they blew it after that and became a cash motivated pantomime.

Still nothing quite helps inspire guitar work quite like acting wasted, setting fire to your les paul and pretending to Ace.

James..... The auralex placement.... Reasoning behind / methods used to determine where to put said auralex?

When you get time, I just want to know how you chose to stuck those pieces in those places... nothing more, nothing less.

My cat will kick your cats ass, though....... im assuming yours is declawed. Mine is still very much 80% wild and out of control.

Regarding the previous subject, I've always been curious about the Type O sound, specially in "October Rust". The bass and guitar sound very processed, not very distinguishable, almost like recorded line cheaply. But they don't sound cheap, and it works great for their sound in my opinion.

Does anybody have a clue on how to achieve such a gloomy and sludge sound?
