I posted this thread minutes after he was banned, I was just so amazed at how fast the modding has gotten recently.
Yes he was banned. To those who didn't know who he was, he was a noob that would ask stupid questions and not use the search, when he was told to use the search he complained about not finding the topics. Then the who issue that got him banned was he was saying he didn't have late samples when he had it listed in his gear list, then said he had an older library that didn't have what he wanted. In a thread he started about Sturgis, gave out a kick sample blended with Slate, when he was confronted about the legality, he changed his story that he didn't use Slate, then said his "friend" used slate and he tried to emulate that sound, and then went on to say he has never bought a Slate product. In every one of his threads he bitched about how everyone picked on him and how we where all dicks and when he was confronted about how he needed to follow the rules he claimed he hand't read them, then when we gave him links said, he didn't give a shit about the rules then continued to attack members, which within 20 minutes of doing so was banned.
The mods acted quick and did great damage control, I was so impressed that I had to post a thread to thank the wonderful work they have been doing, I was just glad I managed to get screenshots of his final posts before they where deleted, they brought the lulz.

I just came across this praise thread, man how could it be missed?! Haha.
I only wanted to add, that it really helps when you guys continue to do as you have been, and report problem threads or threads that may flare up. It allows up to jump in before it gets too crazy etc.
This forum is a wealth of knowledge so I'm happy to take the time (along with the others on the site) and help out!
